FITZWILLIAM LAWN TENNIS CLUB IS RECRUITING FOR EXPERIENCED FLOOR STAFF, TO WORK AS PART OF THE TEAM IN THEIR RESTAURANT, BAR & FUNCTION SPACE.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a hospitality setting, and be available for full time work, as well as being a fluent English speaker. They will have the necessary skills and beverage knowledge to elevate the experience for our members and their guests, with the personality to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the menu, the ability to make recommendations and upsell, to be well organised and an excellent communicator.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent hygiene and HACCP knowledge
• Authorised to work full time in Ireland - the company isn’t offering visa/sponsorship or relocation packages for this role
• Available to work a rotation of shifts including daytime, evenings and weekends
