One Circle Events; one of the UK’s leading outdoor event and festival bar operators, have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join the bar and floor team at our stunning new venue by the Thames, Sumer By The River in London Bridge.Working alongside the One Circle Management team, you will help provide smooth service for our customers, a positive and fun working environment and be part of a strong front of house team.
We are looking for outgoing individuals with passion and drive for working in the bar and events industry, who enjoy fast paced work environments and are willing to learn and grow with the role.

• Serving customers and using a point of sale system to take payments
• Fulfil customer food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Knowledge of products and experiences offered to customers
• Making & serving drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
• Working on the floor delivering food and beverage directly to tables
• Great customer service skills, being patient and polite with customers
• Clearing and cleaning tables and glasses as well as keeping a tidy front and back of house, adhering to venue hygiene policies
• Creating a fun and memorable experience for guests
