The Role:
We’re looking for a Part-Time Bar & FOH Supervisor with proven leadership in busy venues. You’ll take the reins during service, support and guide the team, and ensure guests receive consistently top-tier service — whether they’re in for a casual drink or a full dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily bar and floor operations
• Lead by example and motivate team members during service
• Manage bookings, walk-ins, and seating plans
• Prepare and serve drinks to spec and uphold bar standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
• Handle cash-up, POS, and closing duties
• Maintain compliance with RSA and venue policies
• Ensure the venue is clean, efficient, and welcoming at all times

About You:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in hospitality, including at least 2 in a supervisory role
• Deep knowledge of bar operations, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Confident team leader with excellent floor presence
• Calm, professional, and reliable under pressure
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Holds a valid RSA certificate
• Available for night and weekend shifts
