We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from greeting customers to managing reservations, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude is key.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who can work collaboratively while also taking initiative when required.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed by the business.
