SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- RSA & RCG required
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Gaming experience desirable

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking casual bar and gaming attendants who are enthusiastic and customer focused to join our team! The team members will work across all food and beverage areas, whilst delivering amazing service to our guests. As a gaming attendant you will also play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers in our gaming room.
- Rotating roster working on a 7 day work week
- Mix of day, afternoon and night shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Assist customers with any inquiries related to the gaming room and its facilities
- Conduct routine checks and maintenance to address any technical issues promptly
- Monitor the gaming room to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
