The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting for a Bar Host/Hostess.
The Bar Host/Hostess will report to the Bar Manager and she/he will be part of a F&B department.
Seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week, 5 working days, 2 consecutive days off).
Period: April – October 2025

• Ensure guests are welcomed in a warm and professional manner and supervise the entrance of the Bar. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest.
• Supply guests with information regarding the Bar and the hotel
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests/questions
• Liaise with F&B team for special events and occasions
