We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Bar/Lounge Supervisor to support our operations and ensure smooth, high-quality service throughout every shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in bars, lounges, nightclubs, or high-end restaurants.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Highly professional, communicative, and guest-oriented personality.
• Elegant and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment.
• Flexible to work late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the bar/lounge to maintain consistent service excellence.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
• Support inventory management, including orders, stock control, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally, maintaining a guest-first attitude.
• Monitor service quality and help improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with security, kitchen, and events teams for seamless operations.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities, special events, and themed nights.
• Help prepare shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor by engaging with guests and leading by example.
