Bar Lucia is one of the most exciting hospo openings this year. Nested in an iconic back street in Potts Point, Bar Lucia is adult treating as its finest. This beautifully designed venue is destined to be one of the city’s best wine bars.
The food menu is inspired by the beautiful food of Spain. There is a fabulous range of Spanish tapas style plates. Everything on the simple yet well though through menu with a strong Spanish feel to it, with focus on freshness and quality produce.
With a curated wine selection by Kasia Sobiesak inspired by woman winemakers and drinks and food by hospitality heavyweights, including Luna Ercoli (Paradiso, Barcelona / Alquimico, Colombia /Dean &Nancy) you’ll be joining one of the most talented teams in the industry.
We are looking for CDP
This job is for you if you:
- Have knowledge or interest in Spanish/Mediterranean cuisine
- You have a great knowledge of food produce, you’re proud of what you use in your kitchen
- You love food, drinks, and hospitality. You like to go out and about and know all the good venues
- You like to research, experiment, create
- You love food and wouldn’t ever dare to serve something that you didn’t try and love
- You like to explore and are respectful to different cultures and cuisines
- Are a wine “fanatico” or are interested on becoming one
- You love wine tastings, there will be plenty
- You like to explore and are respectful to different cultures and people of all walks of life and preferences
