QualificationsJob Requirements: A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required. Ability to utilize restaurant POS software Great attitude and positive outlook Strong customer service Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly Excellent oral communication skills required Relevant training or certificate Experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails High School diploma/GED 2 + years’ working as a bartender Management skills are preferred
