Job Description KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily bar operations Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with the luxury standards Lead and train a professional bar team Oversee service, ambiance, and bar performance Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance Develop innovative beverage menus Ensure efficient stock control and supplier coordination Organize promotions, events, and beverage activations Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and cost controls Conduct regular service and product knowledge training Foster team motivation and excellence; conduct regular check in conversations Ensure the grooming standards are adhered to Qualifications Excellent reading, written and oral proficiency in English Experienced in all aspects of restaurant service Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times Excellent leader and trainer with strong motivational skills Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail High degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results Strong background in bartending and menu engineering with wine Exceptional spirit and liquor knowledge Candidate should be up-to-date when it comes to F&B trends, and knowledgeable of the successful concepts The candidate should be aware of the digital platform to enhance the exposure of the F&B offer Additional Information Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management or equivalent Minimum 2 - 3 years of Hotel experience
