HYDE is all about the freedom and personal discovery that comes with great music, time with friends and connecting with something bigger. Job Description As Bar Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant bar, poolside bar, and terrace bar. You’ll lead a talented team to deliver standout service, curate innovative beverage experiences, and ensure everything behind the bar runs smooth, stylish, and on-brand. From guest interaction to stock control, you’ll keep the vibe high and the standards higher. Main Functions Oversee day-to-day bar operations across multiple vibrant venues. Inspire, mentor, and empower your team to deliver seamless, memorable guest experiences. Keep our beverage program fresh and exciting — cocktails, wines, spirits, and beyond. Manage stock, supplier relationships, and budgets with precision. Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing, and venue policies. Collaborate with the HYDE crew on events, promotions, signature drink creations, and batch cocktails. Qualifications A natural leader who thrives on building, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing team. At least 3 years’ experience running bars in luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality. Deep knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and the latest bar trends. Commercially sharp, with proven experience managing budgets, suppliers, and driving results. A creative streak — you love designing beverage concepts that surprise, delight, and spark conversation. Obsessed with guest experience, ensuring every drink and every interaction feels extraordinary. Flexible and up for the energy of evenings, weekends, and big event nights. RSA certified and confident with compliance and licensing. Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
