Our client, a woodland holiday resort, near Ambleside in the Lake District National Park, are looking to appoint a Bar Manager.
At the heart of the complex of luxury Apartments, Hotel and Spa is a stunning Restaurant and Bar. The bar operates from breakfast through until late, hosting holiday guests and attendees of various functions and celebrations.

· Lead by example in delivering exceptional service
· Train, mentor, and support new and existing team members
· Oversee time management and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
· Manage stock levels and maintain strong financial performance
· Independently implement and uphold standard operating procedures, including strict adherence to H&S policies
· Take ownership of the bar while also supporting other sections as needed
· Conduct team briefings and delegate roles effectively
· Occasionally manage the booking system and resolve guest issues
· Complete end-of-day cashing up and reporting duties
- The role is very hands-on and fast-moving role that requires initiative, experience, and a passion for maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction
