THE ROLE: WINE BAR MANAGER

We are searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Wine Bar Manager to take the reins of this brand-new venue. As a key member of the launch team, you will lead the day-to-day operations, build and train a passionate front-of-house team, and play a pivotal role in delivering a high-end yet accessible guest experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the smooth running of daily service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• Lead, inspire, and train a small, close-knit team to uphold high service standards.
• Select and recommend wine pairings with confidence—your expertise will set the tone.
• Manage stock, suppliers, budgets, and rotas with a commercially-minded approach.
• Drive revenue through events, promotions, and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
• Ensure full compliance with EHO, HSE and licensing regulations.
