JOB OVERVIEW

American Legion Apache Post 27 provides services to military veterans and their families including a place to build community, socialize, have a good meal and enjoy a variety of entertainment. We are applications for a Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, with experience in private club environments. As a working Bar Manager in addition to supervising bar staff and administrative duties. The position offered is full time with hourly pay plus tips. SKILLS

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent sales abilities to promote menu items and increase beverage sales.
  • Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred, with a solid understanding of food service operations.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate cash handling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a friendly demeanor towards guests.
  • Adhere to Local, State and Federal laws regarding serving and sales of alcohol
