Bar Manager/AGM - 40K to 50K

We are looking for an accomplished Restaurant Assistant General Manager with specific high-level Bar Management experience. An AGM with Bar Management experience within your career development; and your previous accomplishments are in known brands with consistent time in role demonstrating a thoughtful career from role to role.
This opportunity supports the General Manager as AGM however your key area of leadership will be supporting the bar team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This independant new opening will be located in the town centre; an upmarket, multi-facetted, two-floor cocktail bar and restaurant that will extend into a late night cocktail bar venue. Ground floor gastro-pub/restaurant leading up to the first floor cocktail bar and terrace.
This role will propel you forward and there is much opportunity for growth with plans to develop the brand in other new-openings.

• Your ability to lead a team +30 FOH colleagues and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.
• Specific responsibility for the bar team, bar service and standards and will require a strong career experience in cocktail bars/mixology.
• Lead from the front, be values-led and demonstrate how you would manage the health of a team and business.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in floor management, shift planning, rota’s and stock control at an AGM level.
• Demonstrate your ability to lean into challenges, develop solutions and be the face of our brand at all levels.
• Demonstrate how you drive results and performance manage your teams through mentorship and coaching.
