We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead our dedicated team at Project Gigglewater. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining our high standards of quality. REQUIREMENTS

  • Very strong knowledge of classic cocktails
  • High volume experience
  • Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems is essential.
  • Knowledge of food service operations is an asset.

  • Develop creative cocktail menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service integration.
