FOR OUR BAR MANAGERS!

We are looking for an experienced bar manager to help instil all the above characteristics into our talented bar staff and help take our bar to the next level. We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience with stock handling and stock control
• Experience with menu creations including cocktails, beer and wine
• Experience in managing staff including hiring and training
• An eagerness to work with upper management in cost saving and growth areas

We are looking for experienced Bartenders who will be responsible for:

• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
• Interacting with customers, taking their orders, and delivering their orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Assessing patron needs and preferences and providing drink recommendations
• Providing top tier customer service
• Ensuring a tidy and clean bar
• Demonstrating RSA at all times
• Working as part of a team in high-pressure situations
