Bootlegger’s is looking for bar manager to come on board and bring their experience to our thriving sports bar. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of bar operations and be able to ensure a high-quality experience for our guests. Having a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on team management and exceptional customer service is essential.
As the bar manager, you will be working closely with ownership and the other managers to ensure we provide for our guests in every way.
You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in bar management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food service standards.
• Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively while promoting a collaborative atmosphere.
• Experience in interviewing and training staff within the hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
