Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and product quality.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Train and develop bar staff in customer service, drink preparation, and food handling procedures.
  • Implement effective cash handling procedures and ensure accurate POS transactions.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
  • Supervise shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Collaborate with Club manager and kitchen management to ensure seamless service for golfing members and all visitors to the bar and dining areas.
  • Monitor financial performance of the bar operations.
