About the Role:
As Bar Manager, you’ll lead the bar team, oversee the cocktail and wine program, and ensure smooth, high-quality service every day. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere that guests love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a dynamic bar team
  • Develop and manage an innovative craft cocktail program
  • Control stock, ordering, and cocktail prep
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth bar operations
  • Manage and grow the wine list
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and licensing requirements

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in bar management or similar role
  • Strong skills in craft cocktails and wine service
  • Energetic, positive leadership style
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
  • A sharp eye for detail and guest experience
  • Available to work evenings and weekends

Requirements:

  • Current WA RSA certificate
  • Approved Manager’s Card
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Full Australian working rights
