THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to take charge of our busy Taproom and bar operations. You’ll be responsible for creating an outstanding drinks experience for our guests, managing stock and suppliers, and leading a team that delivers consistently excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to and work closely with the General Manager and kitchen team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Oversee the daily running of the bar and Taproom operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bar team.
• Create and maintain an exciting drinks menu, including cocktails, craft beers, and seasonal specials.
• Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, and supplier relationships.Ensure all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards are met.
• Drive sales through innovative drinks offerings and promotions.
• Monitor costs, margins, and wastage to maximise profitability.
• Lead by example on the bar, delivering high-quality service during busy shifts.
