We are looking to hire a motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team in Ryan’s Dundrum House. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bar Supervisor or an Assistant Bar Manager. They need to have a friendly positive attitude, be an optimistic thinker, be calm under pressure and pride themselves in their ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Managing bar inventory, including ordering and deliveries;
• Conducting regular inventory counts;
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar;
• Ensuring the bar is clean, stocked, organised and meets health and safety standards;
• Supervise, train and motivate bar staff to deliver excellent service by providing leadership and direction to all employees;
• Create and manage rotating staff rosters to ensure adequate staffing levels at all time;
• Prudent bar management ensuring cost-effectiveness;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and handle special requests;
