We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead operations at our busy Bondi venue. This role is hands-on, requiring strong leadership, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep understanding of NSW liquor licensing and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) obligations. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional bar experience while ensuring compliance, profitability, and a positive team culture.
Summary of Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Current NSW RSA Competency Card.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in bar management or senior bar role.
• Strong knowledge of NSW liquor licensing and RSA legislation.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume venues.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

  Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
