QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years in a bar leadership role within a quality-driven, high-volume venue
  • Strong mixology skills and a refined palate for balancing flavours
  • Deep knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
  • Proven track record in training and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • SmartServe certification required
  • A passion for creating memorable guest moments

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re searching for a Bar Manager who is equal parts leader, innovator, and gracious host. This person will shape our beverage program, inspire our bar team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the quality and character of both restaurants located in Claramount Club.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the bar team with a focus on training, mentorship, and hospitality excellence
  • Design and execute seasonal cocktail menus with a balance of creativity and cost efficiency
  • Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on menu pairings and special events
  • Maintain exceptional cleanliness, safety, and SmartServe compliance
  • Track beverage sales and meet profitability targets
  • Represent our brand at tastings, community events, and industry functions
