The salary is up to £32,000 basic excluding tronc which we anticipate on average will be £3,000 per annum.

The Kings Head is a 64-bedroom boutique Inn located in the heart of Cirencester. Set within a stunning 14th-century building, this stylish Inn effortlessly blends historic character with contemporary comfort. The on-site restaurant serves seasonal British cuisine, while the bar and lounge provide a relaxed atmosphere for drinks, afternoon tea, or casual dining. The King’s Head Hotel is also a sought-after venue for weddings, meetings, and special occasions.

To be a successful Bar Manager you will display excellent interpersonal skills and be confident in coaching and engaging the team, to get the best from all employees. You will have a hands-on management style and always put the guest first, leading service excellence at all times.
As the Bar Manager you will head up the bar team in our lounge bar, two events bars and in the summer months the rooftop terrace.
We are looking for an experienced bar manager with a passion for drinks and service who will inspire, develop and drive standards within the team.
