FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Location: Yas Bay Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi

Peaksy Adventure Park & Restaurant is looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage our restaurant and bar operations.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Food & Beverage operations in the UAE, with specific experience in managing and operating a bar. The candidate should be knowledgeable about UAE hospitality standards, beverage operations, team management, inventory control, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and supervise bar operations, including beverage preparation, service standards, stock control, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable UAE regulations and requirements related to food, beverages, and bar operations.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop the F&B and bar teams.
• Create and implement service standards to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, receiving, and supplier coordination.
• Conduct regular stock counts and ensure proper control of food and beverage costs.
• Monitor wastage and implement cost-control measures.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure appropriate manpower levels based on business requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of service issues.
• Work closely with the management team to develop promotions, events, and F&B concepts.
• Support the development and implementation of beverage menus and bar offerings.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Previous experience managing bar operations in the UAE is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE hospitality and restaurant operations.
• Experience handling beverage inventory, stock control, ordering, and cost management.
• Knowledge of bar operations, beverage service standards, and team management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment.
• Experience in opening new restaurants, bars, or F&B concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
