What We Offer: * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * 401K with Employer Match * Paid Time Off– 9 Floating Holidays and 15 Personal Days * Career Development and Advancement Opportunities * Life Insurance, Long Term, and Short-Term Disability * Employee Assistance Program(5 free counseling sessions) * Referral Bonus Program(Get paid $250 to recruit) * Carpool Reimbursement($5-$20/Day) * Employee Discounts on Merchandise(30% on select items in our retail store) * Employee Lunch Provided Primary Functions and Responsibilities * Recruit, train, and mentor team members to deliver polished, anticipatory, and genuine service * Develop and maintain an innovative cocktail and beverage program that show cases regional influences and premium ingredients * Welcomes and educates guests by presenting and explaining the beverage menu, answers any questions * Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation * Greeting guests upon entrance using surnames immediately upon arrival * Present menus and help guests select food/beverages * Answer questions pertaining to the restaurant menus and offerings * Promote featured drinks and wine list * Keep up-to-date knowledge on all menu items including preparation, any allergens, and alternative preparations; communicate food restrictions to Food & Beverage team * Knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, espresso, and classic cocktails * Converse with the guests at a high level, being aware of their needs and fulfill special guest requests as instructed by management or the guest directly * Assist with guest service issues accurately and promptly; Communicate effectively with Team Leaders to assist * Maintain up-to-date awareness of Paws Up information and amenities * Work in collaboration with other team members to deliver guests’ expectations * Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and workstation * Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control, maintaining profitability without compromising quality * Remain up to date by participating in educational opportunities regarding beer, wine and liquor trends * Lead the creation of seasonal drink menus and guest experiences (whiskey tastings, mixology classes, etc.) * Complete knowledge of all functions regarding bar management * Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service throughout the course of the meal * Uphold and enforce compliance with state liquor laws, regulations, and Paws Up policies * Perform any and all duties as assigned by Beverage Director Supportive Functions and Responsibilities * Always display hospitality and professionalism to our guests and team members. Take pride in representing Paws Up professionally and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal, ethical, and confidential manner * Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on staff training, morale, and guest satisfaction * Always maintain a clean and neat appearance * Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner Educational, Experience, Licensure Required * Minimum 5 years of progressive bar management experience in a luxury resort, fine dining, or high-end hospitality setting * Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, ad cost management * Valid Food Handler’s License * TIPS certification * Valid State Driver’s License * Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and prioritizing workload throughout the day If you are passionate about Hospitality and ready to take on a new challenge at a prestigious resort, we would love to hear from you.
