Are you an experienced hospitality professional ready to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-profile environment?
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Bar Manager / Lounge Manager to oversee one of our premium lounges and ensure outstanding service is delivered to every guest.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating exceptional matchday and event experiences, while leading and inspiring a team of bar and hospitality staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the full operation of the bar/lounge during matchdays and events.
  • Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of bar staff, supervisors, and runners to deliver excellent service.
  • Coordinating with kitchen, floor, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
  • Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring correct storage and rotation of products.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a bar, lounge, hotel, or events venue.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to make quick decisions.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and large-scale matchdays/events.
