Roles & Responsibilities

As Bar Manager, you run the bar of our new beachfront restaurant. You lead the team, keep the drinks and the service consistent, and make the bar one of the best seats in the house.

What you'll do

• Run daily bar operations
• Lead, train and develop the bar team
• Help build cocktail and drinks menus
• Manage stock, ordering and cost control
• Keep quality and presentation consistent
• Drive bar revenue and guest experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Bar management experience in a premium venue

Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge

A leader who trains and motivates

Good grip on stock and costs

• Fluent English
