Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the Auckland opening team! The Bar Manager will oversee the full bar operation, lead the team, and ensure an unforgettable guest experience. Why you? Mission 2: Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards. Mission 3: Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations in line with New Zealand laws. Mission 4: Collaborate with the F&B Supervisor to develop creative drink menus, seasonal offerings, and promotional events. Mission 5: Monitor team performance, provide training and coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Mission 6: Drive revenue through upselling, community engagement, and innovative bar experiences that reflect the JO&JOE spirit. Qualifications Because you’ve got it in you: A strong sense of leadership and team spirit. A passion for hospitality and customer experience. A sharp eye for detail and operational excellence. A commitment to sustainability and responsible service. A desire to innovate and grow with the brand. YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE: Field of study: Hospitality, Restauration, or Business. Professional experience: 3+ years in bar or restaurant management.
