Margot Wine Bar + Eatery in Parbold is a wine bar with a passion for quality – from our seasonal small plates to our expertly crafted drinks. We’re now on the lookout for a Bar Manager to lead our front bar operation with confidence, creativity, and calm professionalism.
About the Role:
As Bar Manager, you’ll take charge of all things drinks related at Margot – from morning coffees to late-afternoon cocktails. You’ll bring a balance of flair, discipline, and leadership to a small but high-performing team. You’ll work closely with management to develop our drinks offering and ensure every guest leaves with a great impression.

What We’re Looking For:

• Cocktail proficiency – confident with the classics, but creative with signatures
• Barista trained – skilled in espresso extraction and latte art
• Organised and clean working style, with strong stock and waste management
• A passion for hospitality and creating a warm, welcoming experience
• Experience training junior team members and leading a shift with calm authority
