OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and leadership, ensuring that our bar delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of quality. This role requires a blend of order management, stock rotation, supervisory experience, and a passion for creating a great atmosphere for our guests.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory/management role within a bar setting.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in a bar setting is essential
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £12.21-£20.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No less than 25 per week

  • Cashing up at the end of the shift
  • Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while managing costs effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
  • Shifts will include Friday and Saturday evenings as well as some weekday days/evenings when required
