JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. This role involves supervising staff, hiring, training & scheduling, managing inventory, placing orders and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices is highly desirable.
  • Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous, along with knowledge of food production processes.
  • Familiarity with serving techniques and barista experience will be considered an asset.
