Job Description We are seeking a passionate and creative Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and deliver an exceptional beverage experience for our guests. The role requires a dynamic leader who combines strong operational skills with innovative mixology and a flair for guest engagement. Curate and innovate seasonal, locally inspired cocktail and beverage menus. Ensure smooth daily bar operations, including inventory, cost control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding service and product quality. Engage with guests to create memorable experiences. Manage beverage costs and contribute to overall F&B strategy and profitability. Qualifications College Diploma in Hotel, Event Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Bar Manager or F&B leadership role. Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, wines, and spirits. Passion for hospitality, creativity, leadership, and teamwork. Excellent communication, organizational, guest service, and sales skills. Eye for detail with a focus on operational excellence. Fluency in English and Khmer; additional languages are an advantage.
