We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations and lead our team towards achieving company goals. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a hospitality environment.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent food and drink knowledge, focusing on wines, cocktails, beers and spirits.
  • Experience in sales management with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Experience in cellar work both keg and cask products.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage staff, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation within the team.
  • Oversee evening operations, customer service, and sales strategies.
  • Ensuring all cocktails and drinks are produced to the required standard.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers and suppliers.
  • Work with DJ’s and entertainers to enhance the bar environment.
  • Operate TV’s, SKY and music system appropriately depending on the current environment within the bar.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a safe working environment.
  • Must be able to build rapport with regular customers and recognise individuals specific needs.
  • Operate till systems, managing customer accounts and loyalty schemes.
