Bar Manager – Pebble Beach Restaurant, Barton on Sea
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and personable Bar Manager to join our friendly team at Pebble Beach, beautifully located on the cliff top in Barton on Sea. With stunning sea views and a reputation for great food and service, we are proud to offer our guests a welcoming experience in the restaurant, marquee, terrace and at our sister establishment, Little Pebbles.

THE ROLE

As Bar Manager, you will take charge of the day-to-day running of our bar, ensuring first-class service for our guests and supporting the team with energy and initiative.
This role will be a perfect fit for a current Bar manager, or for a strong Bar Supervisor with aspiration to move into a Manager position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Running the bar, serving drinks, cocktails, teas and coffees
• Ordering stock and managing supplies
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar
• Supervising and motivating the bar team
• Helping to identify and resolve issues, and sharing ideas for improvements
