We Are Hiring: Bar Manager (Irish Pub Concept)

Locations: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain, UAE

Position: Full-Time Bar Manager

Are you an expert at pouring the perfect pint, managing high-volume shifts, and creating that unbeatable, authentic Irish hospitality? We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic, experienced Bar Managers to lead our busy branches in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and have a proven track record in traditional or modern Irish pubs, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Do:

• Lead Daily Operations: Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service during peak, high-volume hours.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a diverse, high-performing bar and service team.
• Financial Management: Drive sales, manage inventory, control beverage costs, and handle cash management systems.
• Event & Entertainment Planning: Coordinate live music, sports screenings, brunch activations, and traditional Irish celebrations.
• Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict hygiene, health, safety, and UAE alcohol licensing compliance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of management experience, with a strong, proven background working in busy, high-volume Irish Pubs.
• Concept Knowledge: Deep understanding of Irish pub culture, beverage programs (including perfect stout pouring and whiskey curation), and community building.
• UAE Experience: Previous experience working within the UAE hospitality sector is highly preferred (familiarity with Abu Dhabi/Al Ain municipality regulations is a plus).
• Leadership Style: Hands-on, charismatic leader who leads by example on the floor, not just from the office.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills; ability to connect effortlessly with regular ex-pat patrons and new guests alike.
