Job Description Recruiting, training, and supervising bar staff Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety regulations Creating and implementing bar marketing strategies Organizing and promoting special events and parties at the bar Overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize bar profitability Ordering, maintaining, and controlling bar inventory Performing regular stock-takes and inventory checks Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, glassware, spirits, and other supplies Inspecting the bar area for cleanliness and maintaining strict hygiene standards Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Proven work experience as a Bar Manager, or similar role within luxury atomosphere Good knowledge of wines, beer, and spirits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system Ability to handle difficult customers Ability to manage and lead a team Additional Information experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Fluency in English additional languages are a plus Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
