QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in bar management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of beverage service and stock management.

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per mont

• Supervise beverage and food service in the bar and lounge.
• Manage stock control, including ordering, storage, and rotation.
• Report to the General Manager on departmental performance.
• Take responsibility for venue management when required.
• Ensure all staff follow service standards and are adequately staffed.
• Organize breaks according to business volume.
• Coordinate with customers for events and functions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock levels, and equipment.
• Handle staff morale, appearance, discipline, and grievances.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Conduct regular training and meetings with staff.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Perform annual staff appraisals and other reviews.
• Participate in fire drills and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Represent the company positively and perform other duties as needed.
