-Managing bars across several restaurants involves a blend of leadership, organization, and a strong understanding of both customer service and operations.
-Ensure staff are properly trained on cocktail recipes, customer service standards, and safety protocols.
-Regularly evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and conduct training refreshers.
-Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools for each location.
-Place orders for stock regularly, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring proper rotation of products to avoid waste.
-Ensure that drinks are consistently prepared according to recipes and high standards.
-Monitor revenue and costs for each bar and implement strategies to boost profitability, such as optimizing pricing or introducing promotions.
-Plan and coordinate bar promotions, happy hours, and special events to increase customer traffic and sales.
