JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager/ Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of The Landmark Bar, which is vital part of our Community Centre. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Experience in food preparation and cooking is advantageous, along with culinary knowledge.
  • Familiarity with food production processes and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and staff alike.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding service to enhance guest experiences.
