JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our bar. You will be responsible for managing a small team, ensuring high standards of service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and passionate about hospitality, drinks, and people.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Deliver and maintain a welcoming, vibrant atmosphere for all guests.
  • Ensure all beverages are consistently prepared and presented to a high standard.
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism, resolving complaints efficiently and diplomatically.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and return business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of drink menus, mixology, and bar equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Experience in stock control, budgeting, and sales reporting.
  • Personal Licence Holder (preferred but not essential).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
