The Chawke pub group is currently recruiting an experienced motivated and personable bar manager to join our team in The Dropping Well.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector.
• The ability to manage a team and motivate.
• Candidates must have previous experience using bookings systems.
• Drive and enthusiasm to deliver high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• A passion for food, Irish whiskey, premium gins and cocktails.
• Experience working under pressure.
• Flexibility to work mornings and weekends.
• Experience with rostering
• Placing orders
• Reference essential.
