EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or hospitality setting
• Proficiency in bartending and team management
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations would be useful
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Develop and implement innovative bar menus
• Train and mentor bar staff on proper bartending techniques and customer service
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly
• Monitor full stock rotation and wastage
• Liaise closely with management team
• Hosting Masterclasses and events
• Handling telephone and email reservations
