Our bar teams are the smiling faces serving up the drinks in any of our guest facing or service bars. Each bar is contained inside one of our gorgeous restaurant or floor spaces,each with its own distinct look,vibe,and menu to compliment it.
Are you an experienced bar supervisor or manager looking to join one of the best places to work in hospitality?

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Previous bar supervisory or leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding drinks,service,and people management
• Our customers and guests expect the best,so high standards are essential
• A commercial mindset is needed in all our leaders. As bar manager you will take overall accountability for delivering excellent financial performance and results
• You’ll have great all-round drinks knowledge,and ideally experience with cocktails and/or wines
• A creative flair is always welcome – we host regular cocktail competitions with our winning drinks being added to the menus
• If you have the desire to learn and progress then you can take part including the option to gain a Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) qualification,and extensive bar training as part of our monthly learning calendar
