• Lead all aspects of daily pub operations
• Recruit, train, and develop a brand-new front-of-house and bar team
• Curate and maintain an excellent selection of beers, ales, wines, and cocktails
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming, community-driven atmosphere
• Drive social media presence and help market the pub pre- and post-launch
• Manage stock, rotas, ordering, and ensure smooth, organised service
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance
