We are dedicated to offering a memorable guest experience and are seeking a passionate Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team.
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of beverage preparation, and leading the bar team in a fast-paced environment. You will be an ambassador of quality and service, ensuring that all guests enjoy their experience at Pins Gastrobar.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a senior bar role is preferred essential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and service standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • A positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • An element of Food service is a requirement of the role.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all bar operations, including training
  • Ensure that all bar staff adhere to service standards and procedures
  • Create a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guests
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
  • Manage bar stock
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beers
  • Train and mentor bar staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product knowledge
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the bar area
