OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Bar Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess at the very least a basic understanding of spirits, cocktails and beverages, providing exceptional service and guidance to enhance the dining experience for our guests. As a Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in curating our bar list, conducting tastings, and offering recommendations that complement our menu offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and techniques.
  • Experience in bartending or food preparation is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and staff alike.
  • A passion for hospitality and catering that enhances the overall dining experience.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
