ABOUT THE ROLE The W Lounge Manager will have overall responsibility for directing the daily operation of the W Lounge, its financial performance, guest satisfaction and all aspects of talent management, both on the floor and behind the bar. This is a Head of Department role. This role is also responsible for the operation of the W Deck, our rooftop terrace open during the summer months when the weather is kind.
