JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar/Outlet Manager, currently based in the UAE, to oversee the operations of our sports bar. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of different bar cultures, a passion for sports, and a strong background in bar management. This role demands a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a bar in the UAE
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to create an engaging sports bar environment
• Excellent knowledge of beverage management, including beer, spirits, and food pairings
• Passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a lively, interactive experience for guests
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Familiarity with POS systems, financial reporting, and best practices for operational efficiency
